In the full size wallet, I had samples from an upholstery book and just picked out colors that I liked together. The outside is a tighter weave fabric than the insides, but the colors and feel of the designs are similar.
I added a pocket in the bottom half for cash, that my original pattern didn't have. I used an old fabric wallet that I loved to death as inspiration for this one, and I'm happy with the changes. There is room for at least four credit cards in this one, and it still folds flat to fit in your purse.
The top half is all pockets for those lose items. There is a zipper pocket for the things that are to be kept safe, and a pocket under the velcro flap for your lose change.
This last picture shows the outside of the wallet open. There is a line of stitching across the center to keep everything from sliding, and the wallet itself closes with a tab and velcro.
I'm really happy with these, and I can't wait to get started on more of them, using up more samples and getting them into my gift box or on my Etsy site!
